Where is my order?
After checkout you receive a confirmation email, then a shipping notice with tracking once
the package leaves our warehouse. Allow 1–2 business days for the tracking link to
activate. Can't find the email? Check spam, then message us with your order number and
email used at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive in about 5–10 business days after shipment. International timing

What is your return & refund policy?

Does one size fit all feet?
Yes — the soft medical-grade silicone is one-size and stretches to fit most men's and
women's feet comfortably. For severe, rigid, or very painful cases, check with your
podiatrist first.
How do I wear Saneliva™?
Start with about 30 minutes a day and build up as it feels comfortable. Many people wear
them in the evening or overnight. Stop use and consult a clinician if you notice pain,
irritation, or skin issues.
I need to change or cancel my order
Message us as soon as you can with your order number. If the package hasn't shipped
yet, we can usually update or cancel it. Once it's with the carrier, we'll help
with return options instead.
